We provide homes for more than 200 people at dozens of different properties in Coventry, Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington.

Our homes are fully furnished to a high standard and you can expect to have:

• Shared lounge with TV
• Modern shared kitchen with appliances, crockery & cooking utensils
• Shared bathroom with shower and/or separate shower room
• Free laundry, washing, drying & ironing facilities
• Fully furnished, secure bedrooms
• Regular services by maintenance & domestic workers
• Access to an emergency on-call service 24 hours / 7 days a week

Your health and safety is our highest priority. We want to know you are safe and secure, so our friendly in-house maintenance team will check your property for safety every month and respond quickly to problems that you find in your accommodation.
