As this year’s Harvest Festival comes to a close, we would like to share our deepest gratitude with everyone who supported Coventry Cyrenians throughout the campaign.

Your incredible generosity – through donations of food, toiletries, and funds – will make a direct and lasting difference to those experiencing homelessness across Coventry and Warwickshire. Thanks to your kindness, our residents will have access to essential supplies and continued support on their journey towards independence and stability.

We would like to give a special mention to the wonderful local schools, nurseries, and community groups who took part in this year’s appeal:

  • St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School
  • Davenport Lodge Nursery
  • King Henry VIII School
  • Balsall Common Methodist Church

Your enthusiasm, effort, and compassion have been truly inspiring. The collections you organised and the awareness you helped to spread have had a huge impact – not only in the number of donations received, but also in reminding our community of the power of collective giving.

We were also incredibly grateful for the opportunity to speak about our Harvest Festival campaign on BBC Radio Coventry & Warwickshire, allowing us to share our message with even more people across the region. It was a wonderful chance to highlight the importance of community support and raise awareness of the work we do all year round.

Every contribution, no matter the size, has played a vital role in helping us continue to provide food, shelter, and guidance for those rebuilding their lives after homelessness.

To everyone who donated, shared our posts, hosted collections, or offered words of encouragement – thank you. Your support reminds us why Coventry is such a compassionate and connected city.

Together, we have turned the spirit of Harvest into real, tangible help for those who need it most. 🌾

With heartfelt thanks,
The Coventry Cyrenians Team
