What to do if you find yourself homeless?

If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, phone our office nearest to your location for advice and/or to ask for a referral form.  For accommodation in Coventry, phone 0800 0180579 (Freephone) or 024 76228099.

For accommodation in Stratford, phone 01789 290956.  The referral form is also available on this web-site - click on ‘Services’ and go to ‘Enquiry Form’.  None of our services are direct access accommodation services, so when a referral is made we aim to make a decision within three working days.

If there are no vacancies we will consider putting you on a waiting list and when a space does become available we will look at who has the most urgent housing and support needs when deciding who should be offered the vacancy.   For our Coventry and Stratford services we accept self-referrals, referrals from family or friends, referrals from voluntary agencies, and referrals from statutory agencies, such as Coventry City Council’s Housing Options Team, Stratford-on-Avon District Council’s Housing Advice Team, Mental Health Services, Probation Services, Youth Offending Services etc.

If we are unable to offer you accommodation we will try and put you in touch with other agencies who may be able to help you.
