Izzy Hawkins (Operations Manager Coventry Cyrenians) said “Well done to Sioux Perkes of Suki's Canine Rescue Crew and volunteers for a great day on Sunday. Also thanks to my lovely volunteers and friends of Coventry Cyrenians for all of your hard work. And last but not least to Chief Executive of Coventry Cyrenians Mike Fowler who spent the day with us. All your support and donations are crucial to the ongoing succes of our provision of 130 units of supported accommodation for the most vulnerable people in our city. It means a lot.”

It was the first time Fargo Village has hosted an event of this kind and animals and their owners from the City turned up in their scores for fun and games.

Getting underway at 10.45am, the event was organised in conjunction with local canine fundraisers and re-homers Suki's Canine Rescue - which featured numerous classes, ranging from Most Handsome Dog to Best In-Show and helped raise thousands of pounds for charity.
